Role: The Chief Strategy & Operations Officer is a member of the senior leadership team and provides oversight and leadership in the areas of internal operations, sustainability and support to the President, board and board committees, and team leads.   Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Drives and directs implementation of organizational strategy, partnering with team leads to facilitate progress toward long-term goals and shorter-term execution Responsible for documentation and maintenance of operational procedures across all functional areas of the organization. Provide support to the president, board, committees, and team Assist with agenda and content development
